About MeI was born in beautiful Cape Town , South Africa in 1970. I completed my schooling and then went on to study Fashion Design; from there I continued to study, adding marketing to the list. It was a great combination and I worked in various positions in the S.A. clothing industry. After 12 years I decided to move into the hydraulics industry where I enjoyed the technical aspects of the products, as well as the challenges of being a woman in a male dominated industry, selling hydraulic filters. Later I work in marketing and sales for a printed circuit board company. |

| I have been fortunate to have had wonderful mentors along the way who believed in me and taught me what I needed to know and more. There has been adventure, hard work, valuable mistakes and incredible rewards. The greatest gift has been my family, motherhood and finally the culmination of my career – Life Coaching.
On life's journey we grow and develop with every choice we make along the way.
