I was born in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa in 1970. I followed a career in Fashion for 12 years, from designing to personal image consulting working with some of the leading names in the industry. Discovering that I also had a great love of selling which opened up the career arena I explored the hydraulic and electronic industries. Add to this my marketing and Life coaching qualifications plus recently including becoming a DreamBoard expert, I feel qualified to work with so many diverse individuals using a variety of coaching methods that are uplifting, motivating and filled with a pace that is exciting, fun and packed with rewards. I have been fortunate to have had wonderful mentors throughout my journey, through successes and failures, highs and lows and I am a firm believer that on life's journey we grow and develop with every choice we make. As your coach I will be truthful, honest and sincere, we will laugh but work hard, push ourselves past what we ever believed possible to ensure that you realize your full potential.
